Provide Asset Management for a portfolio of loans located nationwide.  Including review of construction and tenant improvement draws, lease approvals, loan workouts, and monitoring Borrower compliance with the loan documents.

Provide the Property and Asset Management of this 80's vintage office building.  Oversaw the repositioning including a $500K capital improvement plan and focused on re-tenanting and rebranding the building.

Oversee the Asset Management and Property Management of a 168-unit apartment complex in Newark, Delaware. Currently overseeing a value-add strategy through unit renovations and an aggressive capital improvement plan.

Provide the Property and Asset Management of a portfolio of multifamily rental units along the East coast maximizing revenue by efficiently managing expenses.

Through our Strategic Partner, RCP assisted in the placement of a $3.5MM acquisition and development loan for a Multifamily Development and Management Fund.

Through our Strategic Partnership, RCP offers it's clients public adjusting services to ensure a hassle-free insurance claims process that ensures maximum recovery of insurance proceeds.

Engaged to add a layer of oversight to a large real estate portfolio.  RCP prepared a detailed review of each asset and the performance of the property management team.  RCP then made recommendations to the Family for changes in management and hold/sell strategies to better align the portfolio with the Family investment goals.

Headed up an Asset Management team of five professionals for a real estate investment firm that focuses on value-add multifamily and mixed-use assets throughout the Northeast.  Helped grow AUM from $108MM to over $330MM and from 800 units to over 2,000 units in 14 months.

Asset Manager of a portfolio of large bank balance sheet and special situation loans of over $750 Million of all property types including multifamily, office, hotel, industrial, mixed use and condominium projects. 

Performed Asset Management and workouts of a portfolio of 21 NPL and REO assets for an opportunistic and distressed equity and debt fund including multifamily, office, mixed use and condominium projects. Formulated and executed turnaround strategies, workout plans and disposition strategies for assets to maximize asset value and fund returns.

Resolved the assets of a large diversified portfolio of over 50 real estate loans and REO assets totaling in excess of $1.2B, including office, retail, hotel, multifamily, land and timeshare collateral.

RCP was engaged as an advisor by the Owner to strategize and manage the marketing and sales process of an 8 acre development site.  Oversaw the transaction through the marketing, a successful contract negotiation and closing.
